The North Phoenix Lions Foundation is operated exclusively to perform the charitable functions of the Phoenix Lions Club, for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes withing the meaning of Section 510(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The Clubs primary activities aid the blind and visually impaired.
