Mission

AFGE Local 1658 represents federal employees that are in Certified Bargaining Units BU in the Negotiated Grievance EEO MSPB Workers Compensation and other Federal Government Procedures to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. Local 1658 negotiates Labor-Management Agreements and other Memorandum of Agreements on behalf of BU employees. Local 1658 lobbies Congress and Executive Branch Agencies on issues that affect federal employees.
